For the snowflake, I stamped the snowflake (from Snowflakes) in Versamark on Vanilla card stock, and embossed it with Antique Ivory powder. After it cooled, I inked my brayer with the Blue Frost spectrum pad, and covered the paper with it. Wiping the embossed snowflake with a paper towel removed the ink from it, and left my white snowflake standing out against a wintry background. I trimmed it, and matted it with Basic Black, and added the greeting in Basic Black.
Homemaking has been called a "hidden art" because it's not in the eye of the world, and it calls so many arts and talents into play. These are some of my "hidden arts."

Crystal Snowflake
For the snowflake, I stamped the snowflake (from Snowflakes) in Versamark on Vanilla card stock, and embossed it with Antique Ivory powder. After it cooled, I inked my brayer with the Blue Frost spectrum pad, and covered the paper with it. Wiping the embossed snowflake with a paper towel removed the ink from it, and left my white snowflake standing out against a wintry background. I trimmed it, and matted it with Basic Black, and added the greeting in Basic Black.
