Homemaking has been called a "hidden art" because it's not in the eye of the world, and it calls so many arts and talents into play. These are some of my "hidden arts."

Thinking of Butterflies
I made a standard 5 1/2'' by 4 1/4'' card base from some light lavender card stock I was trying to use up. The color is closest to Pale Plum, but I think I would use Lavender Lace to make it again. A stamp from Wee Watercolors with Versamark made the background. I stamped the Stipple Butterfly on Vanilla card stock, and colored it in with the watercolor pencils. After cutting it out, I put tape in the middle, and stampin' dimensions on the outsides of the wings. When I attached the butterfly to the card, it looked like it had it's wings slightly lifted. "Thinking of You" from Sincere Salutations was stamped in Perfect Plum ink.
